The rich soil in this fertile corner of Ireland has long been famed for the quality and consistency of its crops. The conditions here are perfect for growing – humid, temperate and sheltered from spring frosts.
Sky Wave gin has been created by lifetime gin aficionados Rachel and Andy, taking inspiration (or ginspiration) from a visit to the sea on their wedding anniversary. Being Oxfordshire born and bred the gin naturally reflects the picturesque and diverse county, with the distillery itself overlooking the Oxfordshire countryside in Bucknell.
It took over of 6 months of hard work, more than 40 recipe variations, and over 300 expert testers to get to the flavour profile they wanted.
